CO80: Field study of a floristic rich area to observe and collect the plants from their natural habitats. CO81: Exploration of gross anatomical details of cells, tissues and various other organs of plants. CO82: Compare, contrast, draw, and describe the taxonomic and evolutionary variation in xylem and phloem components. CO83: Outline and describe current understanding of the components of shoot, root, and floral development. CO84: Conceptual learning from permanent preparation of slides like anther, male gametophyte, different types of ovules. CO85: Basic knowledge about the plant specimen from members of locally available dicotyledonous and monocotyledonous families CO86: Learn how to describe the specimens with preparation of keys up to generic level of locally available plants. CO87: Learn how to prepare media for tissue culture, isolation of protoplast and organogenesis. |
