  • Study of mitosis in onion root tips.
  • Calculation of mitotic index.
  • Study of meiosis in onion flower buds.
  • Study of monohybrid and dihybrid crosses in the field and working on the numerical problems related to them.
  • Study of interallelic and interallelic gene interactions and working on the numerical problems related to them.
