  • Measurement of the rate of transpiration using potometers.
  • Anatomical study of root nodule depicting symbiotic relationship between nitrogen fixing bacteria and roots of leguminuous plants.
  • To demonstrate that light, CO2 and chlorophyll are necessary for photosynthesis.
