On completion of this course, the students will be able to; CO21: Understand the microscopic techniques and familiarize students with the external and internal structure of lower group organisms. CO22: Apply the knowledge to microscopic preparations and subsequent observation of the permanent slides of genera. CO23: Understand the basic concept of DNA isolation, SDS-PAGE and gel electrophoresis. CO24: Analyse the difference of structure in the prescribed groups of microbes and plants. CO25: Understand the different methods of Staining used in Identification of forms.
