CO78: Understand and evaluate the various technique of DNA isolation, SDS-PAGE and gel electrophoresis.  

CO79:  Analyse and develop knowledge of Stage micrometer and Ocular micrometer. Understand and investigate the induction of polyploidy, study of pollen viability and cytogenetic techniques.

  • Demonstration of Cytogenetical techniques like physical mapping, RAPD and RFLP
